• You agree not to share false, misleading, harmful, or offensive information.
• Recipes and product recommendations should be submitted in good faith.
• You agree to use Gluttex in compliance with all local laws and regulations in Algeria.

4. Content Ownership and Licensing

By submitting content (recipes, product data, locations, etc.), you grant Gluttex the right to:

• Republish and reuse your content within the app or on the website
• Moderate and correct submissions as needed for community safety and quality
• Display your submitted data publicly to help others in the gluten-free community

You retain full ownership of your original content, but give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it.

5. Community Moderation

To maintain a safe and helpful platform, Gluttex may:

• Review and remove inappropriate or inaccurate content
• Suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms
• Request verification or clarification on submitted data

6. Age Restriction

Gluttex is suitable for users aged 3 years and above. Some features, like mini-games, are designed for children. However, account creation and data submission should be done by or with the supervision of an adult if under 13.

7. Limitations of Liability

Gluttex does not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of community-submitted data. We are not liable for any harm or inconvenience caused by reliance on user-generated content.

You are encouraged to verify information before using products, recipes, or visiting suppliers.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be announced in the app or website. Continued use of Gluttex after such updates means you accept the revised terms.
